Grief Recovery Method Workshop

We are taught that grief and loss are unnatural if we can’t move past the pain, but no one tells you how to accomplish that. Whether your loss is from death, divorce/end of a relationship, loss of health, stage of life changes, or the numerous other losses, this program is for you. The Grief Recovery Method® is an evidence-based program to help you heal from the pain associated with grief and loss. 50 North Outreach Case Manager and Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist, Lisa Hablitzel MSW, LSW, will teach this program. We’ll meet 8 weeks – every Tuesday in January and February, starting January 10. It will be a closed group after the first week, due to the nature of the group. The cost is $15, which covers your book and materials. Participants must register by Dec. 30 and payment is due at time of registration.
