Morning Conversations: Ornitherapy

Local birder, Amy Downing, will present “Ornitherapy”, her inspiration about birds and nature as forms of relaxation therapy in whatever form, be it backyard bird feeders, a walk in the woods or along our beautiful waterways, or traveling Ohio, the states or internationally. Amy introduces ways to start birding and explore our local birds with many up close photos, but most importantly how to enjoy birds from start to finish for better health and happiness while in the outdoors and beyond.
