Guided, weekly hikes conducted in local or surrounding area
parks/trails. Hikes keep an appropriate pace for healthy
exercise. Please register your attendance in advance of the
first hike you attend; cancellations may be necessary when
weather or trail conditions are inclement. Weekly park locations
are emailed to participants the Monday before each hike.
