The first week of May is National Herb Week. Cooking with herbs
allows you to cut back on sodium without cutting back on flavor.
Let Rachel Snyder, Wellness RD and Kortney Shroyer, Chef from
BVH show you how to use herbs to season your dishes. Cooking
demo followed by lunch! Menu includes: baked fish with lemon
herb sauce and fresh herb salad. Advance registration and $5 fee
required by Tuesday, May 2. Limited space.
