Friday, July 7, 11:00am. Rachel Snyder, Wellness RD and Kortney
Shroyer, Chef from Blanchard Valley Hospital will be here to teach
you how to prepare a colorful and flavorful Caribbean meal. This
will include a cooking demo and lunch. Menu: jerk chicken, rice and
beans, tropical fresh fruit (subject to change). Advance registration
and $5 fee required by Monday, July 3. Limited space.
